扎实推进脱贫攻坚工作彰显了党和政府对贫困群体的深切关怀,一直备受各级党政部门的高度重视。十八大以来,中共中央科学研判脱贫攻坚面临的新形势,在理清贫困问题的普遍性和特殊性的认识中,不断明晰看待脱贫攻坚工作的新视角;在统筹战略安排和创新工作思路的谋划中,不断探寻开展脱贫攻坚工作的新思维;在明确脱贫攻坚的主体性和精准性的实践中,不断推进实施脱贫攻坚战略的新举措。

In the new era, the solid progress in poverty alleviation has demonstrated the deep concern of the Party and the government for the poor, and has been highly valued by the Party and government departments at all levels. Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC, the CPC Central Committee has continuously expanded the new angle of view on the work of poverty alleviation in the understanding of the universality and particularity of poverty. In the consideration of the overall strategic arrangement for poverty alleviation and the innovative work of poverty alleviation, we are constantly seeking new ideas for poverty alleviation;in the practice of clarifying the subjectivity and precision of poverty alleviation, we will continue to take new measures to carry out the strategy of poverty alleviation.
