含氟聚硅氧烷对大豆油基水性聚氨酯性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以大豆油基多元醇(MESO)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和2,2-二羟甲基丙酰氧基丙磺酸钠(DMPPS-Na)为原料,采用丙酮法制备了大豆油基磺酸型水性聚氨酯预聚体,再以聚三氟丙基甲基硅氧烷(PTFPMS)为改性剂,制备了含氟聚硅氧烷改性水性聚氨酯,探讨了PTFPMS的含量对水性聚氨酯性能的影响。实验结果表明:当PTFPMS含量为4%时,和未改性的水性聚氨酯相比,胶膜的表面水接触角从76°提高到了92.5°,吸水率从14%下降到了7.02%,拉伸强度达最大值,热稳定性提高。 Soybean oil-based polyol(MESO), toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and sodium 2,2-dimethylolpropio-nyloxypropane sulfonate(DMPPS-Na) were used as raw materials to prepare soybean oil based sulfonic acid type waterborne polyurethane prepolymer by acetone method. The fluorine-containing polysiloxane modified waterborne polyurethane was prepared with polytrifluoropropylmethylsiloxane(PTFPMS) as modifier. The effect of PTFPMS content on the performance of waterborne polyurethane was discussed. The experimental results show that when the content of PTFPMS is 4%, compared with the unmodified waterborne polyurethane, the surface water contact angle of the film is increased from 76° to 92.5° and the water absorption rate is decreased from 14% to 7.02%, tensile strength reaches the maximum,and thermal stability is improved.
