摘要
叶片是风力发电机组的重要部件,其中大梁又为叶片主要的骨架结构,大梁的质量直接影响到叶片的疲劳强度以及寿命。大梁一般是采用等宽的玻纤布层层叠放铺层,灌入树脂固化成型而成。大梁在制造过程中,通常有数十层玻纤布,而且目前行业内大部分的大梁均使用玻纤布的铺层方法制作。现有的大梁铺层生产技术通常为如下3种:(1)采用行车吊运玻纤布卷移动至模具上方进行铺层,再人工擀布;(2)采用大梁铺布车铺布,通过推动装有玻纤布的车移动完成布料铺层,再人工将布料擀平;(3)玻纤布卷固定在一头的工装上,人工拉动玻纤布卷的起头处,移动完成铺层作业。上述3种方法,主要依赖人工进行铺层,存在劳动强度大而且工作效率低,安全风险较大等缺点。为了解决上述行业内大梁铺层方式存在的各种问题,设计研发一款自动新型铺层设备显得尤为必要。
The blade is an important part of the wind turbine,and the girder is the main skeleton structure of the blade.The quality of the girder directly affects the fatigue strength and life of the blade.The girder is generally made of equal width fiberglass cloth layer,which is poured into resin and solidified.In the manufacturing process,there are usually dozens of layers of fiberglass cloth.At present,most of the beams in the industry are made by the laying method of fiberglass cloth.There are three kinds of existing production technologies for the girder laying:1.Use the crane to lift the glass fiber cloth roll to the top of the mold to lay the layer,and then manually roll the cloth;2.Use the girder laying car to lay the cloth,complete the cloth laying by pushing the car equipped with the glass fiber cloth,and then manually roll the cloth;3.Fix the glass fiber cloth roll on the tooling at one end,and manually pull the beginning of the glass fiber cloth roll,move to finish the tiling operation.The three methods above,mainly rely on manual laying,have the disadvantages of high labor intensity,low work efficiency and high safety risk.In order to solve all kinds of problems in the above industry,it is necessary to design and develop a new type of automatic laying equipment.
