摘要
为解决铁路隧道二次衬砌拱顶背后空洞、衬砌厚度不足、掉块等问题,提出混凝土预制技术与现浇技术有机结合,二次衬砌拱部使用预制管片,其余部位依然使用现浇混凝土的技术方案,为此研制L型接头混凝土衬砌模板台车。重点介绍该台车的结构组成和设计,确定设计方案和参数,简要说明在重庆铁路枢纽东环线胡家沟隧道的现场应用。该台车的使用能缩短施工工期,减少施工人员数量,解决拱顶掉块问题。
Problems,i.e.cavity behind crown,insufficient thickness of lining and crown spalling,exist in secondary lining of railway tunnel.As a result,the technical schemes,i.e.combination of concrete prefabrication technology and cast-in-place technology,precast segment used in secondary lining arch,and the cast-in-place concrete used in the other parts of secondary lining,are put forward.And the L-shaped joint concrete lining formwork trolley is developed.The structure and design of the trolley are introduced in detail,the design scheme and parameters are determined,and the field application of the trolley in Hujiagou Tunnel of East Ring Line of Chongqing Railway Terminal is briefly described.The use of the trolley can shorten the construction period,reduce the number of construction personnel,and solve the problem of crown spalling.
