新型乳化剂ZX-1对含水原油流动阻力及转相点的影响

摘要 为常温输送提供实践依据,利用FZ区块原油和自制ZX-1乳化剂,在自主设计的盘管式原油流动模拟装置上,开展了不同因素对含水原油流动阻力和转相点的影响研究。研究表明,随着温度、加剂量、含水率的增加,含水原油的流动阻力和转相点降低;流速的增加,含水原油的流动阻力升高、转相点下降。加入乳化剂ZX-1后,与未加含水原油相比,流动阻力降低90%以上,现场应用效益明显。 For watery crude oil transposition at normal temperature,using oil samples from FZ block and a new type self-made of emulsifier ZX-1,it was carried out studies on effects of various factors on flow resistance and phase inversion point in coiled-tube type simulation equipment for pipeline flow of crude oil.Experimental results indicated that with the increase in temperature,emulsifier concentration,water-cut of crude oil,the flow resistance and phase inversion point are both decreased.But the increase the flow rate is,the increase the flow resistance is,and the decrease the phase inversion point.And then the flow resistance rate of watery crude oil after adding ZX-1 was reduced by more than 90%.Obvious benefits of field application.
