摘要
“新医科”建设遵循着医学教育外部规律和内部规律两个现实逻辑,新时代经济社会发展、新科技革命、新健康风险挑战、世界医学教育趋势都赋予医学教育新的内涵。“新医科”建设是推进和深化我国医学教育改革的重要契机,当前“新医科”建设面临医学生招生规模过大、培养模式落后、学科规训限制、组织协同障碍等方面制约,要从新教育理念、新专业改革、新培养模式、新教育组织、新教育制度等方面深入思考“新医科”建设的行动路径。
The construction of"emerging medical education"follows two realistic logics:external and internal laws of medical education.Medical education is endowed with new connotations by economic and social development in the new era,technological revolution,new health risk challenges,and the trend of world medical education.The construction of"emerging medical education"is an important opportunity to promote and deepen the reform of medical education in China.At present,its construction faces bottlenecks and obstacles in terms of oversize scale,lagging training mode,restrictions on discipline,and obstructive organizing and cooperation.We need deep thinking on the path of reform action from the aspects of new education concept,new major reform,new training model,new education organization,and new education system.
