摘要
针对近期市场上反馈的多起热轧高强钢带开平过程出现的带卷头尾单边浪形,分析了产生此类缺陷的主要原因,通过对厚规格侧导带头、带身、带尾的设定值进行优化,改善了板坯在头部穿带、带身轧制、尾部抛钢过程中的整体对中,有效降低了热轧高强钢厚规格带卷头尾跑偏而带来的厚度偏差,提高了产品的板形质量。
This paper focuses on the single-sided waveform of coil head and tail during the flattening process of hot-rolled high strength steel strip fed back from the recent market,the main causes of such defects are analyzed.By optimizing the setting values of side guide strip head,body and tail of thick gauge,the overall alignment of slab in the process of piercing strip at the head,rolling strip body and throwing steel at the tail is improved,the thickness deviation caused by the coil end deviation of hot rolled high strength steel strip is effectively reduced,and the shape quality of the product is improved.
