摘要
提出了一种新型的变阻尼液压旋转阻尼器,根据其结构和工作原理建立了数学模型,分析其阻尼特性,并基于流体分析软件FloEFD进行阻尼影响因子的验证分析。分析发现:阻尼器的阻尼影响因子与转速不相关,与阀芯转角正相关,且随阀芯转角的变化趋势与计算模型的趋势保持一致。
A new type of variable damping hydraulic rotary damper was proposed.A mathematical model was established based on the structure and working principle of the damper.The damping characteristic of the damper was analyzed,and the damping influence factor was verified and analyzed based on the fluid analysis software FloEFD.The analysis results show that the damping influencing factor of the damper is not relates to the speed,but it is positively relates to the spool rotation angle,and the trend with the spool rotation angle is consistent with the trend of the calculation model.
