生态文明视角下历史文物在现代社会的再脉络化——兼论符合国情的文物保护利用之路的有关问题

中国文化源远流长、连绵不断,中国的文物工作要从大历史观和全球视野出发,探索符合国情的文物保护利用之路以及文物与时代、社会、公众之间的新型合理关系。要在生态文明视野下,实现文物和文化遗产在现实生产生活与未来发展中的再脉络化,建立中国特色的遗产价值认知与评估系统,构建符合生态文明要求的文物与人的新型关系。考古、博物馆、文物保护要形成合力,切实做好文物价值评估、文物移交管理、文物登录、信息公开、预防性保护等行业基础工作。设计符合国情的保用之路,要用足用好政策红利,建立综合性全覆盖的文物保用管责任体系并使其真正落地。文物事业责任重大,应紧紧围绕中央对文物资源和文物工作的战略定位,构建符合国情的文物保护利用理论体系和实现路径。

Chinese culture has a long and uninterrupted history.In carrying out cultural relics related work,we should adopte a macro historical perspective and global vision to explore a path of cultural relics protection and utilization that suits China’s national conditions and discover new correlations between cultural relics and their times,society,and public.We should bear ecological civilization in mind to re-contextualize cultural relics and heritage in their present and future development,establish a system with Chinese characteristics for heritage identification and evaluation,and develop a new relationship between cultural relics and human beings that is in line with ecological civilization.The three sectors of archaeology,museums and cultural relics protection should work together to form a joint force to strengthen the work in cultural relics value assessment,cultural relics transfer management,accessioning and cataloguing,information disclosure,and preventive protection.In designing a cultural relics protection and utilization path that suits China’s national conditions,we should make good use of policies and build,and validate,a comprehensive system with full coverage for cultural relics protection,utilization and management.The cultural relics cause is essential for society.We should center on the strategic orientation that the central government has made for cultural relics and the related work and build a theoretical framework of cultural relics protection and utilization that suits China’s national conditions and a path to realize it.
