放松梨状肌联合腰背部肌力训练治疗非承重区足跟痛的临床效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察放松梨状肌联合腰背部肌力训练治疗足跟疼痛的临床效果。方法选取2019-02至2020-02重庆市沙坪坝区中医院骨科1诊室、2诊室、骨伤一科、陆军军医大学附属第一医院外科治疗室收治的120例非承重区足跟痛患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。观察组采取手法牵引腰椎+放松臀部肌肉+"飞燕点水"功能训练30次/d;对照组采取局部封闭治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗后1个月复发率。结果观察组的治疗总效率及复发率明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放松梨状肌联合腰背肌肌力训练对非承重区域跟痛症有明显疗效,可降低对局部封闭的依赖,弥补部分跟痛症治疗效果欠佳的缺憾。
