摘要
为解决ZJP56型金刚石组合绳锯组锯机在行业中面临的材料生产及运输成本高等问题,研究ZJP56型金刚石组合绳锯组锯机结构优化,建立ZJP56型金刚石组合绳锯组锯机虚拟样机模型,运用有限元方法对组合绳锯组锯机进行力学分析,得到组合绳锯组锯机结构的最大强度。采用结构有限元分析与遗传优化算法相结合的优化方法,对组合绳锯组锯机进行在保证结构强度前提下,以减少结构总质量为目的的优化设计。对优化后的组合绳锯组锯机进行有限元分析,得到优化后组合绳锯组锯机结构的最大强度。研究结果表明,金刚石组合绳锯组锯机在满足强度条件下,减轻质量超过15%。优化后构件尺寸的改变并未影响组合绳锯组锯机样机的运动方式,该尺寸可以作为生产物理样机的可靠参考尺寸,从而较大程度降低了设计、生产及运输成本。
The ZJP56 diamond wire saw group saw industry has been bothered by high cost in material production and transportation.As a solution to this problem,the structural optimization of ZJP56 diamond wire saw group saw was studied,the virtual prototype model of ZJP56 diamond wire saw group saw was established,and the mechanical analysis of the combined wire saw group saw was carried out by using the finite element method,and the maximum strength of the structure of the combined wire saw group saw was obtained.Based on the combination of structural finite element analysis and genetic algorithm,the optimal design of the combined rope saw was carried out to reduce the total mass of the structure under the premise of ensuring the structural strength.Through the finite element analysis of the optimized combined rope saw group saw,the maximum strength of the structure of the optimized combined rope saw group saw was obtained.The results show that under the condition of satisfying the strength,the weight of diamond wire saw is reduced by more than 15%.The change of component size after optimization does not affect the movement mode of the prototype of the combined rope saw.This size can be used as a reliable reference size for the production of physical prototype,thus greatly reducing the design,production and transportation costs.
