疫情管控期间沿江典型城市大气环境污染特征分析 被引量:8

摘要 为了探讨肺炎疫情期间对各污染源强力的管控措施对大气环境的影响,对疫情期间的大气污染物浓度以及各污染源排放量进行了对比分析,并研究了疫情期间大气污染物来源。结果发现疫情期间,研究区域空气质量有所改善,空气质量指数(AQI)较2018,2019年同期分别下降43%和50%,6项主要大气污染物浓度均同比下降,其中以NO2,PM10和PM2.5下降幅度较大,较2018~2019年同期分别下降72%,53%和45%;工业源、扬尘源、移动源及餐饮源排放几乎触底;气象条件及区域传输对研究区域空气质量较为不利,从而推断对污染源的大力管控能够有效改善空气质量。因此建议研究区域加强对工业源、移动源、扬尘源、餐饮源的减排力度,推进技术改革,并进一步完善区域联防联控制度。 In order to assess the impact of powerful control measures of pollution sources such as industrial sources,dust sources,and mobile sources on the atmospheric environment during the outbreak of the epidemic,the concentration of air pollutants and the emission of each pollution source during the period of the epidemic outbreak were compared and analyzed,and the effect of meteorological conditions and regional transport of pollution on air quality in the study area was studied.The results showed that the air quality in the study area improved during the period of the epidemic outbreak:the air quality index(AQI)was decreased by 43%and 50%,and the concentration of six major air pollutants all decreased compared with the same period of 2018 and 2019,especially NO2,PM10 and PM2.5,which respectively decreased 72%,53%and 45%;the emission of industrial sources,dust sources,mobile sources and catering sources almost reached the minimum;meteorological conditions and regional transmission were unfavorable to the air quality in the study area;therefore,the strengthened control of pollution sources can effectively improve air quality.Thus,study area should strengthen the control of industrial sources,mobile sources,dust sources and catering sources emission,promote technological reform,adjust the production capacity structure,and further improve the regional joint defense and control system.
