适度出砂井电泵生产管柱结构优化与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对BZ油田油井频繁出砂导致井筒砂埋、砂堵,电潜泵故障率高,制约高速高效开发的问题,该文采用球形砂粒沉降末速理论开展最小携砂量研究,指导电潜泵选型,并通过生产管柱优化的方式提高井筒携砂能力。该技术实施后,出砂井平均检泵周期由328d提升至735d,出砂井机组故障率由21%降至11%,因生产制度变化导致的油井砂堵、砂埋降至0。矿场实践证明,通过电潜泵选型优化及生产管柱结构优化,适度出砂井的井筒携砂能力显著提高,检泵周期延长,有效提高油田开发效益。 Aiming at the problems that wells in the BZ oilfield frequently cause sandbore and sand plugging due to sand production,and the failure rate of the electric submersible pump is high,which restricts the high-speed and high-efficiency developments of the oilfield,this paper uses the theory of spherical sand sedimentation velocity to carry out the research on the minimum sand carrying capacity and guides the electric submersible pump.Selection and improvement of sand carrying capacity of wellbore through production string optimization.After the implementation of the technology,the fault wells showed a downward trend.The average pumping period of the sand wells was increased from 328 days to 735 days,and the failure rate of the sand well units was reduced from 21%to 11%.The sand trapping of the oil well caused by oil well status adjustment was buried to 0.The practice of the mine proves that through the optimization of the selection of the electric submersible pump,the production of pipe string structure is optimized,and the capacity of the wellbore carrying sand is effectively strengthened,the pump cycle is prolonged,and the oilfield development efficiency is improved.
