摘要
针对下游客户使用汽车刹车片钢背时,反馈QSTE420TM产品氧化铁皮存在脱落的现象。组织、分析了QSTE420TM氧化铁皮的形貌、厚度及掉粉情况;在保证力学性能的条件下,从成分设计、加热、轧制等关键工序入手,采用优化成分设计加入Cr成分、调整精轧入口温度、终轧温度、提高轧制速度,使氧化铁皮以Fe3O4+FeO结构为主,平均厚度控制在11μm以下。
When downstream customers use the steel back of the brake pad,it is reported that the oxide scale of QSTE420TM product falls off.The morphology,thickness and powder loss of QSTE420TM scale were analyzed.Under the condition of ensuring the mechanical properties,starting from the key processes of composition design,heating,rolling,etc.,the optimized composition design is adopted to add CR composition,adjust the inlet temperature of finishing rolling,finishing rolling temperature,and improve the rolling speed,so that the structure of iron oxide scale is mainly Fe3O4+FeO,and the average thickness is controlled below 11μm.
