妊娠合并糖尿病产妇的产后综合护理措施探析

Analysis of postpartum comprehensive nursing measures for pregnant women with pregnancy and diabetes

目的:探讨妊娠合并糖尿病产妇的产后综合护理措施。方法:将医院收治的80例妊娠合并糖尿病产妇,随机分组,常规护理组产妇予以产后常规护理措施,产后综合护理措施组产妇施行产后综合护理措施。比较两组产妇产后护理满意度;产后泌乳开始时间、每天母乳喂养次数;出院1个月血糖和糖化血红蛋白情况。结果:产后综合护理措施组产妇产后护理满意度、产后泌乳开始时间、每天母乳喂养次数、出院1个月血糖和糖化血红蛋白情况对比常规护理组有优势(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠合并糖尿病产妇实施产后综合护理措施效果明显,可降低产后血糖和加速产后泌乳,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To understand the postpartum comprehensive nursing measures for pregnant women with diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 cases of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus in hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing group provided routine postnatal care measures,and the postpartum comprehensive nursing measures group implemented postnatal comprehensive nursing measures.The postpartum care satisfaction of the two groups was compared;the postpartum lactation time and lactation volume were obtained;and the blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin were discharged for 1 month.Results:Postpartum care satisfaction,postpartum lactation start time,lactation,1-month blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the postpartum comprehensive nursing measures group were superior to the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal and postnatal comprehensive nursing measures for pregnant women with diabetes have obvious effects,which can reduce postpartum blood glucose and accelerate postpartum lactation,which improves satisfaction.
