摘要
针对某型号火箭二级主发动机的俯仰和偏航通道姿态控制,提出了一种基于4个高速开关阀控制的电静液作动器。采用4个高速开关阀组成一个H桥路,使得泵的进、出油口与作动器的A,B油口实现了完全独立控制。通过采用经典的PID算法与基于时间预测模型的算法进行仿真分析可知,采用基于时间预测模型高速开关阀控制的EHA系统可以大大提高系统的频响,同时还具有很高的系统效率。
Aiming at the pitch and yaw channel attitude control of a rocket secondary main engine;an electro-hydrostatic actuator based on four high speed on/off valves is proposed.Four high speed on/off valves are used to form an H bridge;which makes the inlet and outlet of the pump completely independent from the A and B oil ports of the actuator.By using classical PID algorithm and time prediction model based algorithm for simulation analysis;it can be seen that the EHA system based on time prediction model and high speed on/off valve control can greatly improve the frequency response of the system;and also has high system efficiency.
