R语言在住院病案首页质控中的应用

Application of R Language in Quality Control of the First Page of Medical Records

探讨R语言在某妇幼保健医院住院病案首页质控中,尤其是逻辑校验方面的应用情况。以基本信息、妇婴卡、疾病诊断编码、手术编码等住院病案首页信息为例,通过编写R语言代码分析某三甲医院住院病案首页数据间逻辑关系并筛选出不合格病案。程序质控结果显示,R语言可以筛选出年龄与患者关系、疾病诊断编码与婴儿数、性别与疾病诊断编码等逻辑关系有误的病案,弥补结构化查询语言(SQL)和人工质控的不足。将R语言应用于住院病案首页质控极大地提高了住院病案首页数据规范性、正确性,为医院开展医保付费、绩效考核、科研等工作提供准确可靠的数据来源。

This paper discusses the application of R language in the quality control of the first page of medical records of a maternal and child health hospital,especially the logic check.Taking the home page information of basic information,maternal and infant card,disease diagnosis code,operation code and other information as examples,by writing R language code to analyze the logical relationship between the data on the home page of medical records of a class a hospital and screen out unqualified medical records.Program quality control results show that R language can screen the medical records with wrong logical relations between age and patient,disease diagnosis code and number of infants,gender and disease diagnosis code,and make up for the deficiencies of structured query language(SQL)and manual quality control.Applying R language to the first page of medical records for quality control greatly improves the normalization and correctness of the data on the first page of medical records,and provides an accurate and reliable data source for hospitals to implement medical insurance payment,performance appraisal,scientific research and other work.
