Guidelines on prevention and control of COVID-19 by National consensus on Precision Health Communication

新型冠状病毒疫情几乎在全世界蔓延,针对其传染源、传播途径、易感人群三大环节,提升公民防控新冠卫生健康能力是重要措施之一。《中华精准健康传播专家共识》中提出建立以人人文明健康为目的的科学精准健康传播体系要从科学传播源头上精确、科学传播途径上精致、科学传播受众上精益。《〈中华精准健康传播专家共识〉之防控新冠病毒病公民卫生健康指南》结合新冠疫情实际,从精准健康传播环理念出发,通过防御新冠卫生城(控制传染源)、防阻新冠卫生礼(切断传播途径)、防护新冠卫生体(保护易感人群)三部分为公民提供全周期防控新冠感染的指导。

COVID-19 outbreaks spread almost all over the world.Aiming at the source of infection,way of transmission and susceptible people,it is one of the important measures to improve citizens’ability to prevent and control COVID-19.In the national consensus on Precision Health Communication,it is proposed that the establishment of a scientific precision health communication system for the purpose of human civilization should be precise from the source of communication,delicate from the way of communication and lean from the audience of communication.The Guidelines on prevention and control of COVID-19 by national consensus on Precision Health Communication combining the reality of COVID-19 outbreak,started from the ideology of accurate health communication link points,rewarded by defense(source)control,prevention of health(transmission),protective health body(susceptible people),the three chapters to provide citizens with the guidance of the COVID-19 infection prevention and control of whole cycle.
