摘要
为探讨不同植物生长调节剂对黄果厚壳桂(Cryptocarya concinna Hance)苗木生长及生理的影响,寻找对黄果厚壳桂苗木生长促进效果最佳的植物生长调节剂组合,采用叶面喷施法进行不同生长调节剂种类(GA3、IBA、NAA、ABT)及其不同质量浓度(60、120、240、480 mg/L)的影响试验。结果表明:①GA3、IBA、NAA、ABT各质量浓度处理的苗木地径增量均高于对照,IBA 60 mg/L处理的地径增量显著高于对照;②GA3、IBA各质量浓度及ABT 60 mg/L处理的苗高增量高于对照,GA3240、480 mg/L处理显著高于对照;③GA3、IBA、NAA、ABT各质量浓度处理的叶绿素质量比增量均高于对照,GA3480 mg/L、IBA 240 mg/L、ABT 60、120和480 mg/L处理显著高于对照;④GA3480 mg/L、NAA 240 mg/L、ABT 60和120 mg/L处理的可溶性糖增量显著高于对照。综合各指标,IBA 60 mg/L处理可显著提高黄果厚壳桂苗木地径生长;GA3480 mg/L处理可显著提高苗高生长及叶绿素、可溶性糖质量比,同时可提高地径生长。在实际生产中GA3480 mg/L处理更适宜用于培育黄果厚壳桂苗木。
IIn order to explore the effect of different plant growth regulators on the growth and physiological characteristic and find out the best combination of promoting Cryptocarya concinna seedling growth,the experiment was carried out by spaying four plant growth regulators(GA3,IBA,NAA,ABT)with different concentrations(60,120,240,480 mg/L).The results showed that:①The seedling diameter increment treated with GA3,IBA,NAA and ABT was higher than that of the contrast and that treated with IBA 60 mg/L was significantly higher.②The height increment treated with GA3,IBA and ABT 60 mg/L was higher than that of the contrast and that treated with GA3240 mg/L and GA3480 mg/L was significantly higher.③The chlorophyll increment treated with GA3,IBA,NAA,ABT was higher than that of the contrast and that treated with GA3480 mg/L,IBA 240 mg/L,ABT 60 mg/L,ABT 120 mg/L and ABT 480 mg/L was significantly higher.④The soluble sugar increment treated with GA3480 mg/L,NAA 240 mg/L,ABT 60 mg/L and ABT 120 mg/L was significantly higher than that of the contrast.According to the various indicators,the treatment of IBA 60 mg/L could significantly increase the growth of diameter.The treatment of GA3480 mg/L could significantly increase not only the growth of height,but also the contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar and increase the growth of diameter.The treatment of GA3480 mg/L is more suitable for the cultivation of Cryptocarya concinna seedlings in production.
