浅析上海市智慧排水信息化系统规划与建设

Brief Analysis of the Planning and Construction of Intelligent Drainage Information System in Shanghai

作为智慧城市建设的重要组成部分,智慧排水体系的建设是上海市排水行业的发展重点.文中从数据智能采集监测、系统平台建设、业务应用协同发展、安全保障体系等方面提出了上海市排水信息化发展框架.同时,从排水运行调度管理平台建设、排水系统监测监控体系完善和排水系统模型构建3个方面,分析了上海市中心城区智慧排水信息化发展的重点任务.通过对上海市智慧排水信息化发展规划框架和重点建设任务的分析思考,明晰了排水一体化运行调度管理目标,以期为大中城市排水行业信息化建设提供借鉴参考.

As an important part of smart city,the construction of smart drainage system is the development focus in Shanghai drainage field.The development framework of drainage informatization in Shanghai is put forward,from the aspects of intelligent data acquisition and monitoring,system platform construction,cooperative development and security system.At the same time,the key tasks of drainage information development in the central city of Shanghai including Shidongkou,Zhuyuan and Bailonggang are analyzed,based on the construction of drainage operation and scheduling management platform,the promotion of drainage system monitoring and monitoring system,and the construction of drainage system model.Through the analysis and consideration of planning framework and key construction tasks of drainage informatization development,the objective of integrated operation and management of drainage is clarified,so as to provide reference for the development of drainage informatization in Shanghai.
