摘要
目的观察电针双侧肾俞穴治疗肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法180例肾绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组90例。两组均常规予以解痉和非甾体消炎止痛药物,治疗组加用电针双侧肾俞穴治疗。观察两组治疗前和治疗后1 h视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、数字分级量表(NRS)评分、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组为82.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS和NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CRP、PGE2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针肾俞穴配合西医常规治疗可以提高肾绞痛的有效率,其机制可能与降低血清CRP和PGE2水平有关。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at bilateral Shenshu(BL23)in treating renal colic.Method A total of 180 patients with renal colic were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 90 cases in each group.The two groups were both prescribed with antispasmodic and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs.In addition,the treatment group was given electroacupuncture at bilateral Shenshu(BL23).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Numerical Rating Scale(NRS),serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)were evaluated before intervention and 1 h after intervention.The clinical efficacy was also compared.Result The total effective rate was 94.4%in the treatment group versus 82.2%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and NRS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the CRP and PGE2 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Shenshu(BL23)in combination with conventional Western medicine can enhance the effective rate in treating renal colic,which may be related to the down-regulation of serum levels of CRP and PGE2.
