脑卒中患者在出院后康复及后续防治中有极大的医养需求,本文通过探究镇江市黎明社区康复联合病房建立对脑卒中患者医养需求的满足情况,进而探讨脑卒中患者医养需求的现状并展望,以促进脑卒中患者康复、治疗、预防,减少其经济压力及卒中复发率。

There is a great need for medical care for stroke patients after discharge from hospital for rehabilitation and follow-up treatment.To explore the current situation and prospect of medical and nursing needs of stroke patients by analyzing the establishment of dawn community rehabilitation joint ward in Zhenjiang to meet the medical needs of stroke patients.Promoting the rehabilitation,treatment and prevention of stroke patients,and then reducing the economic pressure and recurrence rate of stroke patients.
