摘要 随着高等教育的快速发展和人事制度改革的不断深化,高校对绩效管理工作越来越重视。但相较而言,行政管理人员的绩效管理略显薄弱,存在绩效管理文化匮乏、绩效设计存在缺陷、绩效考核落实不到位、绩效结果运用不得力、绩效反馈被忽视、绩效改进有缺失等不足。为此,应对高校管理人员绩效管理体系进行优化,如普及绩效文化、完善绩效设计、规范考核管理、扩大绩效应用、反馈绩效结果和重视绩效改进等。 With rapid development of higher education and ceaseless deepening of personnel system reform,colleges and universities pay increasing attention to performance management.However,the performance management of administrative personnel is slightly weak,so there are deficiencies in performance management culture,defects in performance design,misplacement of performance appraisal implementation,misuse of performance results,neglect of performance feedback,lack of performance improvement and so on.Therefore,the performance management system of managers in colleges and universities should be optimized,such as popularizing performance culture,perfecting performance design,standardizing evaluation management,expanding performance application,feeding back performance results and paying attention to performance improvement,etc.
