海上油气田放空系统设计中存在的问题及改进对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文结合海上不同油田的生产实践,提出不同处理设备放空至火炬或冷放空的优化方案,通过重新设计布置管线,实现冷放空和火炬放空的优势互补。 Flare system and cold vent system are the main methods used in the vent system design of offshore oil and gas fields.As an important component of offshore safety production and environmental protection,they have formed relatively mature design ideas and specifications.However,most of these design requirements are related to the design of configuration parameters such as the treatment capacity and setting position of flare or cold vent system,Lack of analysis on the medium source of the vent system,and lack of consideration on the possible safety and environmental protection risks of the vent medium from the whole process system.Combined with the production practice of different offshore oil fields,the optimization scheme of venting to flare or cold vent for different treatment equipment is proposed,By redesigning the pipeline,the advantages of cold vent and flare vent are complementary.
