离散制造业信息系统集成应用研究

Research on Integration Application of Discrete Manufacturing Information System

目前由于客户个性化、定制化的需求越来越多,对离散制造业的柔性、敏捷制造能力要求越来越高,企业希望通过信息系统来提升企业的制造水平的愿望已非常迫切,但如何实现各系统间的有效互联,形成以业务驱动、信息引领的管理模式还是一个难题。通过阐述MES系统、ERP系统构建的业务流程及管理模式,对两个系统间的集成业务关系及所用的集成技术进行研究,说明如何有效通过系统集成来搭建统一的生产信息化管理平台,实现生产制造全业务流程的管理,从而提升离散制造业的核心竞争力。

At present,due to the increasing demand for personalized and customized customers,the requirements for flexible and agile manufacturing capabilities of discrete manufacturing are becoming higher and higher.It is urgent for enterprises to improve their manufacturing level through information systems.However,how to achieve effective interconnection among systems and form a business-driven and information-led management model is still a difficult problem.By explaining the business process and management mode of MES and ERP systems,this paper studies the integrated business relationship between the two systems and the integrated technology used,and explains how to effectively build a unified production information management platform through system integration to realize the management of the whole business process of production and manufacturing,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of discrete manufacturing industry.
