香蕉地深松锄草联合作业机的设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对我国热带香蕉种植园的传统翻耕作业,造成土壤耕作层以下不断压实形成犁底层,雨水无法快速渗入土壤形成表面径流而带走大量的土壤和有机质的情况,设计一种香蕉地深松锄草联合作业机。该机采用可调深松铲与可调带翼锄草铲联合松土锄草机构。一次完成香蕉地的深松和锄草两个作业。运用相关理论对深松铲、锄草铲进行受力分析,同时运用ANSYS对其进行应力、位移分析,对锄草率以及深松效果进行田间试验。结果表明:深松铲和锄草铲在香蕉地进行深松锄草作业时,铲尖受到土壤最大阻力分别约为3757N、1535N,ANSYS进行分析,得知其最大应力分布在铲尖前端,分别为370297Pa、29158Pa,其最大变形值微小,分别为0.106×10-4mm、0.542×10-7mm;田间试验显示,在相同作业条件下,流线型深松铲深松作业时需要的牵引阻力比传统型深松铲低44%,作业后深松效果好,同时在一定范围内,锄草铲铲刃夹角越大,锄草率越高,铲刃夹角为120°左右时,锄草效果最好。 Tropical banana plantation in conventional tillage operations in China,soil magnetism under continuous compaction forming the plough,the rain can't rapid infiltration of surface runoff and soil formation take away a lot of soil and organic matter,design a banana to hoe deep loosening joint rig machine USES adjustable deep loosening shovel with adjustable belt wing weeding shovel dirt weeding institutions one banana to deep loosening and weeding two assignments using related theories to analyze of the forced state of a hoe deep loosening shovel shovel,the stress and displacement analysis using ANSYS,a field experiment for weeding rate and deep loosening effect The results showed that when deep pine and weeding spatula were engaged in deep pine and weeding in banana field,the maximum soil resistance of the spatula tip was about 3757N and 1535N respectively.ANSYS analysis showed that the maximum stress was distributed in the front end of the spatula tip,which was 370297Pa and 29158Pa respectively.The maximum deformation value was small,which was 0.106×10-4、0.542×10-7mm respectively.Field experiments show that under the same operating conditions,the traction resistance required by the streamlined deep pine shovel is 44%lower than that of the traditional deep pine shovel,and the effect of deep pine is good after operation.Meanwhile,within a certain range,the larger the Angle between the blade and blade of the hoe blade,the higher the weeding rate.When the Angle between the blade and blade is about 120,the weeding effect is the best.
