摘要
为了解决大学机器人专业实验课程匮乏的问题,该文设计了一种多应力条件下伺服系统服役性能综合性实验。该综合性实验以科研思维为导引,分为认知导引、问题导向和开放设计3个层次,系统性地结合了PLC电气控制理论、电机拖动理论、运动控制技术、信号处理技术和实验数据处理方法等科学理论,分别适合不同年级不同认知阶段的大学生实践学习。通过本综合性实验,不仅可以展示工作应力和环境应力对伺服系统服役性能的演化作用,还可以有效培养大学生主动学习、积极探索的科学精神,增进了大学生对工业机器人服役性能的理解和创新实践能力。
In order to address the issue of lacking professional experimental course for college students on the industrial robot, a comprehensive experiment on service performance of servo system is designed by considering multi work conditions of the robot. Guided by scientific research thinking, the experiment is divided into three levels: cognitive guidance level, problem guidance level and open design level. The experiment systematically combines PLC electrical control theory, motor drive theory, motion control technology, signal processing technology, experimental data processing methods and other scientific theories, which is suitable for practical learning for college students in different grades and different cognitive stages. This experiment can not only show the evolutionary effect of working condition on the service performance of servo system, but also effectively cultivate the scientific spirit of active learning and active exploration of college students, and improve their understanding of service performance on industrial robot and innovative practical ability.
