摘要
单片机技术实践性强,仅通过理论教学不易使学生入门。基于案例驱动教学的理念,本着培养学生集成开发思路和动手能力,设计了应用于煤矿无极绳运输设备控制系统的显示及语音提示装置的实验案例。文章详细阐述了案例工程背景、功能需求分析、总体方案、元器件选型、软硬件开发等,设计了单片机驱动继电器模块、STC单片机最小系统、脉冲频率检测模块、显示模块及语音模块和各模块集成五大任务及其相关要求,提出了基于结果和过程的教学评价与考核方法及内容。
Micro controller unit(MCU) technology has strong practicality, and it is not easy for students to get started only through theoretical teaching. Based on the concept of case driven teaching, and in line with the training of students’ integrated development idea and practical ability, an experimental case of the display and voice prompt device applied to the control system of the endless rope transportation equipment in coal mine is designed. This paper expounds upon the background of case engineering, the analysis of functional requirements, the overall scheme, the selection of components, the development of software and hardware, etc., designs the driving relay module of MCU, the minimum system of STC MCU, the detection module of pulse frequency, the display module and the voice module, and the five tasks and related requirements of each module, and puts forward the method and content of teaching evaluation and assessment based on results and process.
