教育现代化视域下高校外语教师专业发展的 内涵、影响因素与路径构建

Foreign Language Teachers'Professional Development in Colleges under the Background of Educational Modernization

《中国教育现代化2035》认为,建设高素质专业化创新型教师队伍是加快教育现代化的关键.作为回应,在阐述教育现代化视域下高校外语教师专业化发展内涵的基础上,针对湖南省三所本科院校外语教师专业发展影响因素展开调查,发现其专业发展受内在因素与外部因素制约.基于此,根据教育现代化需求,从明确自身价值、制定发展规划、树立职业情感等内在路径和关注教师需求、提高教师地位、改善教师发展环境等外在路径构建教师发展体系,从而推动外语教师专业发展.

China's educational modernization 2035 argues that building a highly qualified,professional and innovative teacher team is the key to accelerating the modernization of education.In response,this paper,on the basis of expounding the connotation of the professional development of Foreign Language Teachers in colleges and universities under the educational modernization,investigates the factors influencing the professional development of foreign language teachers in three universities in Hunan Province.It is found that their professional development is restricted by internal and external factors.Based on this,in accordance with the needs of educational modernization,the teacher development system should be constructed from the internal paths such as making clear its own value,formulating development plans,establishing professional feelings;it also includes the external path such as paying attention to teachers'needs,improving teachers'status,improving teachers'development environment,etc.,so as to promote the professional development of foreign language teachers.
