叙事医学模式在急诊医师人文教育中的应用价值

摘要 目的分析叙事医学模式对临床急诊医师素养提升的促进作用。方法选取2017年1月-2019年1月间供职于安徽医科大学第二附属医院急诊医学科的30位临床医师,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组15例。对照组行常规培训,观察组在常规培训的基础上推行叙事医学模式。6个月后,对比两组临床急诊医师素养情况。包括专业能力评分、投诉发生数、工作成绩评分、工作满意度四个方面。结果观察组临床急诊医师的专业能力评分、工作成绩评分、工作满意度较高,投诉发生数较少。与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事医学模式有助于临床急诊医师专业水平的提高,有助于医学人文素养提升及医患关系的改善,有助于临床急诊医师工作满意度的优化。 Objective Analysis of narrative medicine pattern for promote the quality of emergency physicians.Methods Thirty doctors in our hospital were selected as the research objects from January 2017 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into obser⁃vation group and control group,15 cases in each group.The control group had routine training,observation group had routine training and narrative medicine pattern training.To compare this two groups after 6 months in 4 parts:professional ability scores,the num⁃ber of complaints,performance score,and work satisfaction.Results Observation group had a higher score in professional ability scores,performance score,work satisfaction,and less number of complaints.Compare with control group,all parts have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative medicine pattern is benefit to improve the emergency physicians'professional level,to improved medi⁃cal humanistic quality,doctor-patient relations,it also helps to optimize the work satisfaction of emergency physicians.
