基于CiteSpace的我国运动想象疗法的可视化分析

Visual analysis of motor imagery therapy based on CiteSpace in China

目的了解运动想象疗法在我国医学上的研究热点和趋势,分析研究发展构架,为国内研究者对运动想象疗法的进一步研究与应用提供参考。方法在国内数据库CNKI、VIP、Wanfang中,以"运动想象疗法"OR"运动想象治疗"OR"运动想象训练"为主题词进行检索;检索时限为建库至2019年5月。使用Note Express和CiteSpace软件对文献进行计量和可视化分析。结果最终纳入416篇相关文献。文献发文量呈上升趋势。稳定合作最多的是陆琼妹团队,河南中医学院第一附属医院康复中心发文量名列前茅,关键词以脑卒中、偏瘫、康复等相互间连线多而紧密,康复护理、生活质量、吞咽障碍逐渐成为运动想象疗法医学领域的重要内容。结论运动想象疗法的独特优势使其在康复医学中更易受到患者和研究者们的青睐,其核心作者和机构尚未形成,在一定程度上阻碍了运动想象疗法的发展,运动想象疗法在临床应用的广度与深度值得进一步探索。

Objective To understand the research hotspots and trends of motor imagery therapy in Chinese medicine,analyze the development framework,provide reference for the further research and application of motor imagery therapy in China.Methods“Motor imagery therapy”or“imagery motor therapy”or“motor imagery training”as the main topic in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang were searched.The period was set up until May 2019.Bibliometric and visual analysis of the papers was taken by Note Express and CiteSpace.Results Four hundred and sixteen articles were included.The amount of published papers was on the rise.The most stable cooperation was Lu Qiongmei team.The amount of papers in Rehabilitation Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of He′nan College of Chinese Medicine came top.The interconnections of key words such as stroke and hemiplegia,rehabilitation were numerous and close.Nursing,quality of life,swallowing disorders had gradually become important parts in the field of motor imaging therapy medicine.Conclusion The unique advantages of motor imagery therapy make it more easily favored by patients in rehabilitation medicine,its core authors and institutions has not yet formed,which hinders the development of motor imaging therapy to some extent.The breadth and depth of therapy in clinical application deserves further exploration.
