摘要
针对山地风电项目地形复杂、土壤电阻率高等特点,分析接地网传统设计在工程施工和生产运行过程中存在的问题,提出应用柔性石墨接地体替代热镀锌扁钢的接地网设计方案,解决施工难度大、易腐蚀、接地电阻超标等问题。柔性石墨接地极适用于恶劣地质环境条件下工程建设的需要,能满足短路故障电流的冲击,保证电气设备安全可靠运行,对山地风电防雷系统和防腐工程具有实际应用价值,为接地系统设计提供了一种新的选择。
In view of the complex terrain and high soil resistivity of mountain wind power projects,the disadvantages of traditional design of grounding grid in the process of engineering construction and production operation are analyzed.A design scheme of substituting flexible graphite grounding body for hot-dip galvanized flat steel grounding network is proposed.It solves the problems of difficult construction,easy corrosion,grounding resistance exceeding the standard,etc.Flexible graphite grounding pole has incomparable advantages over traditional grounding grid.It is suitable for engineering construction under harsh geological environment.it can meet the impact of short-circuit fault current and can ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment.It has practical application value for mountain wind power lightning protection system and anti-corrosion engineering,and it provides a new choice for grounding system design.
