消瘀康胶囊对脑出血急性期患者血肿周围水肿的影响

Effect of Xiaoyukang Capsule on Edema Around Hematoma in Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:研究消瘀康胶囊对脑出血急性期患者血肿周围水肿的影响。方法:选取2016年2月-2019年2月于我院住院治疗的162例急性脑出血患者作为分析对象。通过随机抽样的方法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组81例。对照组患者予以常规方法进行治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合使用消瘀康胶囊。分别观察两组患者治疗后14d颅内情况(颅内血肿量、血肿周围水肿量)及卒中恢复情况[神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)],并记录两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗14d后两组患者颅内血肿量、血肿周围水肿量均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后14d两组患者NIHSS评分优于对照组,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消瘀康胶囊治疗脑出血急性期患者,能改善颅内水肿情况,加速血肿周围水肿吸收,促进患者神经功能及日常生活活动能力的恢复,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To study the effect of xiaoyukang Capsule on edema around hematoma in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:162 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the analysis objects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into study group and control group.The patients in the study group were treated with xiaoyukang capsule.14 days after treatment,the intracranial condition(the amount of intracranial hematoma,the amount of edema around hematoma)and the recovery of stroke(NIHSS)were observed,and the clinical effect of the two groups was recorded.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the amount of intracranial hematoma and the amount of edema around the hematoma in the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 14 days of treatment,the NIHSS score in the two groups was better than that in the control group,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyukang capsule can improve the condition of intracranial edema,accelerate the absorption of edema around hematoma,promote the recovery of nerve function and activity of daily life,and improve the clinical effect.
