摘要
目的探究系统化健康教育对突发性耳聋患者焦虑情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取郑州市第七人民医院2016年8月—2019年2月收治的突发性耳聋患者作研究对象,共95例,随机将其分为对照组(47例)和观察组(48例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施系统化健康教育,比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和治疗依从性。结果干预后,观察组SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组依从性为87.50%,对照组依从性为65.95%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋患者采用系统化健康教育可以有效帮助患者减轻心理压力,提高患者治疗信心和依从性,促进患者改善病情,具有临床推广意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of systematic health education on anxiety and treatment compliance in patients with sudden deafness. Methods 95 patients with sudden deafness from August, 2016 to February, 2019 in the hospital were randomly divided into control group(47 cases) and observation group(48 cases). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received systematic health education on the basis of the control group. The anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)score and treatment compliance between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the SAS score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the compliance of the observation group was 87.50%, and that of the control group was 65.95%. The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic health education can effectively help patients with sudden deafness to reduce psychological stress, improve patients’ confidence and compliance in treatment, and promote patients to improve their condition.
