摘要
目的为提高服务能力和体检质量,适应较大人口的健康普查,在健康管理中心引入人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)。方法采用智能化体检系统和全流程导检系统协助受检者快速完成体检过程,并辅以AI健检机器人增加体检的体验感,采用χ^2检验和t检验进行智能运行前后体检速度和质量的比较分析。结果受检者体检的体验感增强,系统运行后满意度显著高于运行前(χ^2=76.066,P<0.001);受检者填写个人信息、咨询问诊、体检用时均显著减少(均P<0.001);项目漏检率等待导诊时间减少而体检速度和日均体检人数上升。结论AI在本健康管理中心的应用,显著提高了本中心的服务能力和体检质量,有助于创造更大的经济效益和社会效益。
Objective To improve the service ability and physical examination quality,and adapt to the health survey of large population,it is necessary to introduce artificial intelligence(AI)into the health management center.Methods Based on the intelligent physical examination system and the whole process guidance system,the examinees completed the physical examination process quickly,and the physical examination experience was increased by the AI physical examination robot.Results The experience of physical examination was enhanced,and the satisfaction of the system after operation was significantly higher than that before operation(χ^2=76.066,P<0.001);the time of filling in personal information,consultation,physical examination were significantly reduced(all P<0.001);the rate of missed items waiting for the lead time was reduced,while the speed of physical examination and the number of daily average physical examination were increased.Conclusion The application of AI in the health management center significantly improves the service ability and physical examination quality of the center,and helps to create greater economic and social benefits.
