摘要
国家速滑馆桩基础工程工况复杂,共有654根灌注桩,众多桩基和集水坑沿建筑椭圆造型嵌套径向分布。针对桩基础工况复杂且工期紧的情况,采用在钢筋笼和护筒粘贴一对一标记的方法提高施工准确率,并且采用一体化静载桩进行静载试验,避免了桩头二次浇筑,缩短工期,提高效率;针对基槽坑底标高复杂的工况,应用Revit,Sketch Up,Lumion等BIM信息化工具解决技术难题,优化结构形式;此外,使用GIS技术进行了精准高效的土方量计算。本工程采用的多手段BIM施工技术取得了良好效果。
National Speed Skating Oval project consists of complicated foundation work,including 654 bored concrete piles and water collection pits located around the oval-shaped structure.Considering the enormous amount of foundation work as well as the strict time schedule,in the construction of concrete piles,each pile is specifically labelled to improve the construction efficiency and the one-piece-casting pile is used in static load test to avoid wasting time on second-casting of concrete pile.In addition,aiming at the complex elevations of foundation trenches in this project,Revit,SketchUp and Lumion are used to build the BIM model so as to solve the technical issues met in construction and further optimize the structure.GIS technology is also adopted to conduct accurate calculations of the earthwork quantities.In this project,multiple approaches are used to realize BIM technology and an improved construction efficiency is observed.The BIM technology addressed in this work also provide an effective approach to the similar construction in the future.
