The greatest advantage of scientific and technological communities is that they can gather the strength from the scientific and technological talents in all lines of the society to solve the practical problems that the poor people in the poverty-restricted areas urgently want to be solved,and focus the strength on local characteristic leading industry,directly serving the China’s getting-rid-of-poverty work.Through practical investigation of poverty relief strategies boosted by scientific and technical communities and implementation of the strategies in Wuzhou,Guangxi,the result of the investigation shows many successful experiences and typical achievements need to be publicized and popularized.As a innovation model of scientific and technological poverty relief,this model can optimize and perfect the poverty relief strategies boosted byscientific and technical communities,and arrange for the implementation and popularity of the strategies,which provides theoretical basis for the precise poverty-relief policy and reference for decision-making and is helpful to give a better play to the supporting function of scientific and technical communities in the battle of fighting poverty.Thus,this is of great practical significance in terms of boosting the realization of the strategical goal of getting-rid-of-poverty of the remaining poor people in China in 2020.
