摘要
以来自上海、南京和镇江的24名创客为样本,应用组态思维与QCA方法,通过整合内生性、外生性等6个影响因素,对创客精神生成机理进行系统研究。结果发现:①学校教育是创客精神生成的核心必要条件;②教育实践主导、兴趣教育主导与人际关系感染是3个促进创客精神生成的有效策略组合,其中,教育实践主导是最常见的创客精神生成策略组合;③社会关系网络与主观认知在创客精神生成过程中具有替代关系。
Taking 24 makers from Shanghai,Nanjing and Zhenjiang as samples,the formation mechanism of maker spiritwas explored by using configuration thinking and QCA methodto integrate six influencing factors of endogeneity and exogeneity.The research finds that:①school education is the core and necessary condition for the generation of maker spirit;②maker spirit exists in three effective strategies:educational practice-oriented,interest-oriented and interpersonal relationship-infected,among which educational practice-oriented is the most common strategic combination of creative spirit;③social relation network and subjective cognition have substitution relation in the process of creationist spirit.
