摘要
为了解决当前配电网中用户端电压质量问题,针对台区首端电压合格而用户端电压不一定合格情况,以满足用户用电电压质量需求为首要目标,综合考虑台区首端的电压质量,建立综合判据,采用真空有载调压开关,实时执行调压命令,研制成智能配电有载调压变压器。运行数据表明,该智能配电有载调压变压器最终达到用户用电电压合格,台区首端电压也合格的目标。
In order to solve the problem of voltage quality in the current distribution network, aiming at the situation where the first terminal voltage of the station area is qualified and the voltage of the user is not necessarily qualified, the primary goal is to meet the voltage quality demand of the user. Considering the quality of the voltage at the head of the station, a synthetic criterion was established, and the intelligent distribution on-load tap-changing transformer was developed by using the vacuum on-load tap-changing switch and carrying out the tap-changing command in real time. The operation data show that the intelligent on-load tap changer can meet the requirements of the customer voltage and the terminal voltage.
