海藻多糖可溶性粉增强猪瘟疫苗免疫效果的试验观察

The enhanced immune effect of seaweed polysaccharide soluble powder on swine fever vaccine in piglets

试验旨在研究海藻多糖可溶性粉对接种猪瘟疫苗后的仔猪免疫调节作用。选择40日龄左右的健康猪60头,随机分为6组,每组10头,分别为猪瘟疫苗加不同剂量的海藻多糖可溶性粉组(200、100、50 mg/kg)、猪瘟疫苗加黄芪多糖粉组(100 mg/kg)、猪瘟疫苗组和空白对照组,首次用药后的第7、14和28 d对60头猪采血并分离血清,用于测定IL-2、IFN-γ水平和猪瘟免疫抗体效价等免疫指标。结果显示,海藻多糖可溶性粉试验组仔猪的猪瘟抗体滴度合格率明显高于疫苗对照组,100 mg/kg海藻多糖可溶性粉组IL-2和IFN-γ水平与疫苗对照组和空白对照组相比均显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,海藻多糖可溶性粉能协同猪瘟疫苗提高仔猪血清中猪瘟抗体效价和IL-2、IFN-γ水平,从而增强猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果。

The aim of the study was to investigate the immune regulatory effect of seaweed polysaccharide soluble powder in piglets vaccinated with swine fever vaccine.60 healthy piglets aged about 40 days were randomly divided into six groups with ten pigs in each group,including groups vaccinated with swine fever vaccine and added with seaweed polysaccharide soluble powder(200,100,50 mg/kg)or Astragalus polysaccharide(100 mg/kg)in feed respectively,swine fever vaccine group,and normal control group.The drugs was administered continuously for seven days.Serum samples were separated from 60 piglets on 7th,14th and 28th days to measure levels of IL-2 and IFN-γand antibody titer of swine fever post first treatment and vaccination.The results showed that titer acceptance rate of swine fever antibody in group of vaccinated with swine fever vaccine and treated with seaweed polysaccharide soluble powder was higher than that in swine fever vaccine alone,and levels of IL-2 and IFN-γof the animals treated with the 100 mg/kg seaweed polysaccharide soluble powder group were significantly higher than vaccine alone group or normal control group(P<0.05).The result indicated that seaweed polysaccharide soluble powder could improve antibody titer of swine fever and levels of IL-2 and IFN-γswine serum and enhance immune response of swine fever vaccine in piglets.
