摘要
目的:探讨血清抗苗勒管激素(Anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH)、基础性激素水平与多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者进行促排卵治疗后产生疗效的关系。方法:选择2019年1月~12月在我院诊治的PCOS不孕患者120例为观察组,另选100例健康女性为对照组。通过电化学发光免疫法测定血清中促卵泡生成激素(Follicle-stimulating Hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)和AMH水平,通过B超和阴道彩超确定PCOS患者的促排卵效果,分析不同PCOS患者的血清FSH、LH、LH/FSH和AMH水平。结果:和对照组相比,观察组患者的血清FSH水平较降低,血清LH、LH/FSH和AMH水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);PCOS患者的排卵反应与AMH和LH水平相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);PCOS患者的妊娠情况与AMH和LH水平相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:PCOS患者的血清AMH、LH和LH/FSH水平降低,FSH水平升高,其促排卵效果和AMH和LH相关,AMH和LH可为促排卵疗效的评价指标之一。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum anti Mullerian hormone(AMH),basic hormone and clinical effect of ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:120 cases of patients with PCOS infertility and who diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and another 100 cases of healthy women were selected as the control group.The levels of FSH,LH and AMH in serum were measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay,and the ovulation promoting effect of PCOS patients were determined by B ultrasound and vaginal color ultrasound,and the levels of Follicle-stimulating Hormone(FSH),Luteinizing hormone(LH),LH/FSH and AMH in different PCOS patients were analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the serum FSH level in the observation group was lower,and the serum LH,LH/FSH and AMH levels were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The ovulation response of PCOS patients was related to AMH and LH levels,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The pregnancy situation in PCOS patients was related to AMH and LH levels,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The levels of AMH,LH and LH/FSH in PCOS patients are decreased,while the levels of FSH are increased.The effect of ovulation induction is related to AMH and LH,and the AMH and LH could be one of the indexes to evaluate the effect of ovulation induction.
