摘要
师范生往往被动参与专业技能学习,学习效率不高,其主要原因是师范生在专业技能学习中往往表现为"沉默者",以及教师对师范生专业技能学习的指导与评价不到位。深层学习注重理解反思、迁移运用,有助于调动师范生专业技能学习的自觉性,也有助于帮助师范生提高专业技能学习效率。以深层学习有关理论为指导,教师可以提供高质量的具有模仿价值的技能示范,引导师范生提升专业技能学习策略,以多元评价推动专业技能的拓展应用,提高师范生专业技能学习质量。
Normal university students often take a passive part in learning professional skills with low learning efficiency.The main reasons are that normal university students are usually"silent"in learning professional skills,guidance and evaluation on learning professional skills are not in place.Deep learning pays attention to understanding,reflection,transfer and application,which is conducive to mobilizing the consciousness of learning professional skills of normal university students and helping them improve the efficiency of learning professional skills.Under the guidance of related theories of deep learning,teachers can provide high-quality skills demonstration with imitation value,guide normal university students to improve their learning strategies of professional skills,promote the expansion and application of professional skills through multiple evaluation,and improve the learning quality of professional skills of normal university students.
