流程管理预防和控制静配中心医院感染研究

目的探究流程管理预防和控制静配中心医院感染的效果。方法对我院静配中心感染情况进行分析,找出引发原因,并通过流程管理预防、控制本院静配中心感染现象,观察比较实施前后本院院内感染状况。结果流程管理实施后,静配中心并无医院感染情况发生,空气、工作人员手部、物体表面、医疗用品表面、消毒剂和无菌器械保存液的细菌菌落数均处于正常标准内;生物安全柜、治疗车、科室内空气和酒精喷壶合格率高达100%;与实施前相比,医院对静配中心的满意程度更高,主要体现在操作台、合理性和药物包装方面(P<0.05)。结论在静配中心实施流程管理,可有效预防、控制医院感染发生几率,值得推荐。

objective to explore the effect of process management on the prevention and control of hospital-acquired infection in static care center.Methods to analyze the infection situation in the intravenous center of our hospital,find out the cause,prevent and control the infection in the intravenous center of our hospital through process management,and observe and compare the nosocomial infection before and after the implementation.Results after the implementation of the process management,nosocomial infection did not occur in the static dispensing center,and the number of bacterial colonies in the air,staff hands,object surfaces,medical supplies,disinfectant and sterile instrument preservation solution were all within the normal standard.The rationality and drug packaging(P<0.05).Conclusion the implementation of process management in the static dispensing center can effectively prevent and control the incidence of nosocomial infection, which is worthy ofrecommendation.
