摘要
为了有效提高《燃煤助燃剂助燃效果评价方法》国家标准的科学性和适用性,促进我国煤炭资源燃烧利用,从试验设备适应性、试验方法适用性、评价指标适用性等方面对现行标准评价方法的适用性进行总体分析。结合燃煤助燃剂助燃效果评价试验研究,对残渣碳含量测定方法、燃烧样品质量的确定、终温温度计算方法进行探讨后提出3条修订建议:通过测试样品均匀性和重复性分析,残渣碳含量测定方法应修订为仪器法;通过燃烧样品质量对测试结果准确性的影响分析,应规定热重燃烧试验的最低实验次数,保障结果准确性并提高燃煤助燃剂评价试验效率;应修订终温温度计算方法,建议在现行标准的基础上降低燃烧终温的参考值100℃或50℃,确保碳含量测定结果的有效性。以期修订建议可为《燃煤助燃剂助燃效果评价方法》国标的修订提供依据,为助燃剂的应用以及燃煤工业锅炉和民用煤燃烧领域的节能研究提供参考。
In order to improve the scientificity and applicability of the national standard“Performance evaluation of coal combustion-aid additives for coal”,and promote the combustion and utilization of coal resources in China,a general analysis of the applicability of the current standard evaluation method from the aspects of adaptability of test equipment,applicability of test methods,applicability of evaluation indicators,etc.was done.Combined with the experimental research on the evaluation of combustion effect of coal combustion-aid,three amendment proposals were proposed after discussing the determination method of carbon content of residue,the determination of the quality of combustion samples,and the calculation method of final temperature:the determination method of carbon content of residue should be revised as instrumental method by analyzing the homogeneity and repeatability of test samples;the influence of combustion sample mass on the accuracy of the test results was studied.The minimum test times of thermogravimetric combustion test should be required to ensure the accuracy of the results which could improve the evaluation of combustion of coal combustion-aid;the calculation method of final temperature should be revised to ensure the validity of the carbon content determination results,it was suggested that the reference value of end-combustion temperature should be reduced by 100℃or 50℃on the basis of the current standard.It is hoped that the study results of this paper could provide a basis for revising the national standard“Performance evaluation of coal combustion-aid additives for coal”,and a reference for application of combustion-aid and energy saving of coal-fired industrial boiler and civil coal combustion.
