聚焦解决模式对重症急性胰腺炎患者随访效果的影响

Influence of solution focused approach on follow-up effect of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的探讨聚焦解决模式对重症急性胰腺炎患者随访效果的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月在本院行手术治疗的62例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为对照组,给予常规随访健康教育护理干预。选取2017年1月至2018年12月在本院行手术治疗的65例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为观察组,在对照组的基础上给予其聚焦解决模式干预。比较两组患者干预后的自我护理能力、治疗依从性及生活质量评分。结果观察组干预后的自我概念、自我责任感、护理技能、健康知识水平评分及总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组干预后的遵医嘱、按时复诊、服药依从性、感染控制、合理膳食、适当休息、按要求锻炼评分及总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组干预后的心理领域、生理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域评分及总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在重症急性胰腺炎患者的出院随访中实施聚焦解决模式干预,能明显提高患者的自我护理能力、治疗依从性,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of solution focused approach on follow-up effect of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Sixty-two patients with severe acute pancreatitis who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as control group and given routine follow-up health education and nursing intervention.Sixty-five patients with severe acute pancreatitis who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as observation group and given solution focused approach intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of self-care ability,treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of self concept,self responsibility,nursing skills,health knowledge level and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the scores of following the doctors’advice,returning visit on time,medication compliance,infection control,reasonable diet,proper rest and exercise as required and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the scores of psychological field,physiological field,environmental field and social relationship field and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of solution focused approach intervention in the follow-up of patients with severe acute pancreatitis can significantly improve the self-care ability,treatment compliance and quality of life.
