预制混凝土外墙空腔排水关键技术研究

Study on the Key Technology of Cavity Drainage for Pre-fabricated Concrete Outer Walls

针对现阶段装配整体式混凝土建筑预制外墙空腔排水存在的技术问题,从空腔的排水方式以及排水管的材质、构造形式、排布方式等展开讨论。指出,混凝土预制外墙空腔全部竖缝均应安装排水管,竖向每隔2~3层至少设置1个,每根拼缝的底端也应设置1个;同时,排水管安装时应采用密封胶将空腔隔断,形成多段空腔。

With regards to the technical issues of cavity drainage existed currently in the pre-fabricated exterior walls of integrated concrete buildings,the article discusses the draining method for the cavities,also the material,structure and layout of the drainage pipes.It points out drainage pipes should be installed for all the vertical seams of the cavities of concrete pre-fabricated outer walls,there must be one every 2~3 floors vertically,and one at the bottom of every seam joint;moreover,the cavities should be partitioned by sealant into multi-sections when drainage pipes are installed.
