木结构超低能耗建筑技术特点及能耗研究

Research on technical characteristics and energy consumption of ultra low energy buildings with timber structures

摘要 木结构超低能耗建筑是集合木结构建筑技术、装配式建筑技术及超低能耗建筑技术于一体的新型建筑,具有绿色、低碳、节能、环保等优点。以某木结构超低能耗建筑为研究对象,首先介绍了该木结构超低能耗建筑实施的主要技术路线,然后利用EnergyPlus对其能耗进行了全年逐月的动态模拟计算,结果发现能耗指标完全满足《近零能耗建筑技术标准》(GB/T 51350—2019)中超低能耗居住建筑的要求。 Ultra-low energy buildings with timber structures is a new type of building that integrates wood structure building technology, prefabricated building technology and ultra low energy building technology, which has the advantages of green, low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection. This article took a ultra-low energy buildings with timber structure as the research object, introduced the main technical route of the project implementation firstly, and then calculated the energy consumption by EnergyPlus, it was found that its energy consumption index fully met the requirements of technnical standard for nearly zero energy buildings.
