人类命运共同体是顺应时代发展和世界进步的需要,是全球化发展的趋势与世界人民的美好追求。人类共同价值是构建人类命运共同体的前提和基础,两者相互依托、相伴发展。世界各国、各民族人民应在明确共商共建共享的共同原则基础上,达成和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由的共同价值,并从建立伙伴关系、营造安全环境、谋求经济发展、促进文明交流以及构筑生态体系五个方面做出共同行动,推动人类命运共同体的构建与实现。

A community with a shared future for mankind conforms to the needs of the development of the times and the progress of the world.It is the trend of the development of globalization and the good pursuit of the people of the world.Rooted in China’s value,contained in other countries’value,and different from the universal value,human common value provides the basic premise for the realization of a community with a shared future for mankind,and they rely on and develop with each other.People of all countries and nationalities in the world should,on the basis of the common principle of"consultation,construction and sharing",reach the common values of"peace,development,equity,justice,democracy and freedom",and make joint actions from five aspects:establishing partnership,creating a safe environment,seeking economic development,civilized exchange and ecological construction,so as to promote the construction and implementation of a community with a shared future for mankind.
