摘要
某全密度聚乙烯装置反应器温度控制系统调温水阀因附近设备及管线震动影响,导致调温水阀频繁出现故障。文中利用AVP202智能定位器对其进行了硬件配置以及故障监控系统的改进。装置试运行后,达到了预期效果。
The temperature regulating water valve of the reactor temperature control system of a full density polyethylene plant frequently breaks down due to the vibration of nearby equipment and pipelines. In this paper, AVP202 intelligent positioner is used to improve its hardware configuration and fault monitoring system. After the trial operation of the device, the expected effect has been achieved.
