摘要
该文针对本科生"食品营养学"课程双语教学过程中存在的问题,探索与评价微课结合翻转课堂的教学模式在双语教学中对培养学生综合素质与实践能力方面的效果。对该文作者所在院校食品专业农林卓越实验班采用"老师在速课平台上发布微课PPT和微视频-学生课前分组学习-学生课堂上演讲-共同讨论与总结"的微课结合翻转课堂模式,能显著提高双语教学过程中学生学习食品营养学专业知识的兴趣,且对专业英语的学习与应用有较大的促进作用。该教学模式为新工科教育体系下农林卓越人才的培养,提供了新的教学思路。
To solve the problems in bilingual teaching of Food Nutrition course for undergraduates, the effect of the teaching model that combines micro-lecture and flipped classroom on the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality and practical ability is explored and evaluated. The combination of micro-lecture and flipped classroom teaching model is adopted and implemented in Agricultural and Forestry Excellence Experimental Class. The teaching effect analysis shows that the teaching model could significantly improve the students’ interest in learning the professional knowledge of food nutrition in the process of bilingual teaching, greatly promote the learning and application of professional English, and also provide a new teaching idea for the cultivation of outstanding talents in agriculture and forestry under the new engineering education system.
